A super long ride was organised and lead by Nigel. \u00a0Beautiful scenery, quite a few climbs. Cake stop at 25 miles at the Blackbird Caf\u00e9 in Chapel Row – just past the beautiful Douai Benedictine Abbey. \u00a0Friendly staff, excellent coffee. Pushing on another 13 miles to East Ilsely and lunch in the sunshine at the ex-racing stables of Crown and Horn. Bob McLeod, you are an inspiration to us all, 81 years old and didn’t even break a sweat! 70 miles and 3100′ of climb. \u00a0A fab day out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
